ZP460 Series Rotary Tablet Press Machine
APPLICATION
This machine is one kind of tablet press machine, for compressing granular materials into tablets. It is mainly used to press hard-forming materials into tablets in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical, food, electronic industries.
FEATURES
- Fully enclosed structure with operation compartment isolated from the outside, ensuring clean tablet compressing area without cross contamination. The compressing compartment is made of stainless steel, complying with GMP requirements.
- Turret surface with chrome plating to prevent wear.
- Speed adjustment via frequency inversion. Motor connected with under plate to prevent shaking during operation.
- Fully automatic lubrication system with interval type, micro flow and quantitative lubrication for upper & lower tracks and punch heads to reduce wear.
- Overload protection unit automatically stops the machine to prevent damage to punches and apparatus.
- Various impellers for force feeder to meet different raw material feeding requirements.
